Home Office (115 sq. ft.)

ABOUT THE TRANSFORMATION:
The existing space was a 115 square foot home office with a small desk, office chair, and bookcase for storage. The goal was to improve the layout of the space while adding tons of personality to the décor. All elements shown in the visual (furnishings, paint, art, etc.) fell within the client's $300 décor budget by using a combination of items already owned in this home and new affordable additions to the room!
The existing office chair was maintained in the space, and the silver legs were painted black to better fit the aesthetic. The office desk and throw pillows were taken from another room in the home, and all of the bookcase knickknacks were items the client already owned.
Client granted permission to share photos for the purpose of Before and After comparisons. Identifiable features are removed or blurred from original photos.
I use a detailed 3D modeling process to replicate any existing features that a client wants to keep in the room (like the wall color, flooring, furniture pieces, etc.). In this room, the existing dark wood floors and cozy office chair were maintained.
