What are the advantages of using this eDesign service?
This eDesign service allows you to improve the look of your space regardless of where you are located in the US or what your budget looks like. This service is perfect if you want the creative vision and direction for your space but you prefer to complete the transformation at your own pace!
Can you explain the eDesign process?
The eDesign process is super simple! You will receive an email after purchasing an E-Design Package with next steps: Sharing details of your dream space and submitting photos of your room along with dimensions! You will also receive a brief service agreement to confirm prior to the development of your design.The work done is for the square-footage or number of rooms specified in your selected package. From there, I will utilize the details received to create a final design that best suits you, your budget and your needs. I am excited to help you bring your vision to life!

Who are the Premium 3d Packages best for?
The Premium packages are best for those who want convenience along with the interior styling service. In addition to having your space redesigned for you, I do all the research needed to tailor the improvements shown in the 3d visuals to your specific budget. I provide store links for each item in your 3d visual, and depending on item price/availability, I add a few alternative option links as well. The Implementation Plan included also details steps on how to carry out the design in your space. Overall, there is little work needed on your end to take your space from a 3d visual to reality.
Who are the Standard 3d Packages best for?
The Standard packages are best for those who, after seeing their improved space, will enjoy browsing through various stores on their own to find items that match the 3d visuals. The General Item List included will act as a shopping guide by providing you with descriptions such as: 2 emerald, velvet sofas (32''H x 70''W x 33”D) or 1 tan, woven area rug (8’ W x 10’ L). The Implementation Plan included also details steps on how to carry out the design in your space. Overall, I will redesign the space to fit your desired aesthetic and give you a guide to find the actual items in stores, taking your space from a 3d visual to reality.
Who are the Basic 3d Packages best for?
The Basic packages are best for those who want a personal interior stylist at the most affordable rate. After receiving 3d visuals of the improved space, you would then browse through various stores to find items that match the 3d visuals. Overall, I will redesign the space to fit your desired aesthetic and you will find the actual items in stores to take your space from a 3d visual to reality.
What is needed from me?
After purchasing a package, a consultation email is immediately sent to you with a brief list of questions covering your space, budget, and style. It will include the Design Style Survey for you to complete and a PDF guide on how to dimension and photograph your space. Lastly, if you’d like, you may include any inspirational images that represent the interior style you're dreaming of in terms of atmosphere, style, colors, furnishings etc. This helps a lot with the design! You receive 20 business days to respond to the email consultation.
What do I get at the end of the project?
You will receive a final design presentation tailored to the package you selected. For example, the Premium Packages will include a design concept, an itemized floor plan with dimensions and elevations for item placement, 6 images of the improved space to get several points of view, a detailed and hyperlinked item list, an implementation plan for explanations on how to carry out the design in your space, and a high quality 3D video walking through your final space. It is everything you need to create your dream space!
What should my décor budget be?
Your budget will vary based on the size of your space, how much new furniture is needed in the space, and the type of furniture you are looking to have (high end, standard, lower end, thrifted, DIY’d, etc.) For example, you could makeover an entire living room for $2K with DIYs or spend $2K on a sofa. A room makeover could be as low as $500 or as high as $30K. It’s best to come up with a range that works for you (an ideal price and your ultimate cut off price). Also keep in mind, executing the room makeover after receiving your eDesign can be done little by little over an extended period of time. So if your budget is $2,000 for example, that doesn’t mean $2000 has to be spent all at once. If you are still unsure, then let me know during your email consultation and I will help you determine an estimated range.
Can your floor plans/3d visuals be used for construction?
The floor plans and 3D visuals produced are based on my interpretation and are not construction plans. They are conceptual for representational purposes only and subject to variances. My plans are best used for inspiration on style, décor, organization, and furnishings. Any structural changes such as wall removal, custom built-in furniture or room modifications will be included in the 3D visuals if requested but are conceptual designs. Please double-check measurements for suggested furnishings and modifications before purchasing/constructing.
Can some of my existing furniture pieces be included in the 3d visual?
Absolutely! I can include your existing pieces in the project. All you will need to do is send me pictures and dimensions of the pieces you would like to keep and I will incorporate them into the visual. When the 3D visual is developed, items shown will be very similar in pattern, textures, and/or colors to the physical items in your space to give you a better visual experience. However, some items shown may not be 100% identical to those physical furnishings. The same applies to the imagery of the merchandise recommended. The 3D visuals will help you understand what the final look, decoration, and layout will be.
What is your design style?
When it comes to improving your space, my design style is whatever your style is! Haha, in all seriousness, I aim to achieve spaces that reflect your personality and needs. However, I’d call my personal style Modern Luxe with a touch of Art Deco. I like a sleek functional aesthetic with a focus on luxe materials and cutting edge finishes. With my eDesigns, I aim to make your visions come to life!
Which stores do you shop from?
I choose the furnishings from the stores/vendors you prefer and also from places that fall within your budget. The option to specify your preferred stores and receive a shopping list is applicable based on the package you have selected.
How does the shopping list work?
You will be provided with a PDF shopping list containing items, pictures, quantity, price and links to the store where you can find the items included in your design. The option to specify your preferred stores and receive a shopping list is applicable based on the package you have selected.
How does the 3D video work?
Depending on the package selected, a 3D Video Tour of your final space will be sent to you. This provides you with a high quality, animated visual walking through your new space. Items shown will be very similar in patterns, textures, and colors to the physical items in your space or proposed merchandise to give you a better visual experience. However, some items shown may not be 100% identical to those physical furnishings. The 3D video will help you understand what the final decoration, layout, and aesthetic will be.
Will you make changes if I don’t like something you’ve selected?
Of course! Follow up questions and/or revisions to your visual(s) may be requested within 7 business days from the date the visual is delivered. Revisions are for changes in paint color, furnishings, décor items, flooring, etc. Revisions include updated 3D images (and for standard/premium an updated implementation plan). For packages that include a draft concept, you may request for any number of changes/ suggestions to the draft concept within 1 round of feedback. For all packages, it is recommended that during the initial email consultation you are as descriptive as possible about your needs for the space so that the visuals produced best suit you!
Room Types and Sizes
What is considered a room?
A room is defined as a portion of space within a building or other structure, separated by walls or partitions from other parts. Examples of rooms are: Bedroom, Living Room, Dining Room, Entrance Hall/Foyer, Den, Sunroom, Home Office, Bathroom, Laundry Room, Attic/Loft, Nursery, Basement, etc.
I live in a studio apartment, what is 1 room considered?
A studio apartment with a combined living/dining/sleeping area will be treated as 1 room excluding the kitchen, bathroom and any separated/enclosed areas such as dens or laundry rooms. That room will then be designed up to the square-footage specified in your selected package! To incorporate a larger or separate space, please add an additional room to your package.
I have a really large basement, what is 1 room considered?
A basement within the square-footage specified in your package will be treated as 1 room excluding any kitchen, bathroom and separated/enclosed areas such as dens or laundry rooms. That room will then be designed up to the square-footage specified in your selected package! To incorporate a larger or separate space, please add an additional room to your package.
My living and dining room are combined, what is 1 room considered?
A combination-use room (i.e. living room/dining room combined in 1 space), will be treated as 1 room excluding the kitchen and any separated/enclosed areas such as dens or laundry rooms. That room will then be designed up to the square-footage specified in your selected package! To incorporate a larger or separate space, please add an additional room to your package.
Can you transform loft spaces?
Of course! In a loft space, the separated area above is treated as a separate room. For the best visual experience, the 3D images are designed to look as close as possible to the architectural features of your physical space. However, architectural differences to a standard room such as pitched roofs, unique windows, etc. may not be 100% identical to the current features of your space. The 3D visuals will help you understand exactly what the final decoration and layout will be.
Can you transform an entire house?
Yes! The pricing is per room. If you are looking to transform 3 or more rooms, send a message through my contact form for a discounted quote!
My roommate and I have a dorm room. Can you design my side?
Definitely! The Small/Partial Room Package is perfect for students either in a single dorm or who want their portion of the room designed. If you and roommates would like the entire space designed and the room exceeds 115 square feet, please select an option from the Residential Package.
What kind of spaces are included in the Business Packages?
I can help redesign your new shop, salon, office, cafe, etc. This package is perfect for small businesses looking to bring their desired aesthetic to life!

Do you offer discounts on the E-Design Packages?
Yes! Discounts are offered to those looking to purchase services for more than 1 room. The time it takes for sourcing furnishings/décor, drafting the room design with accompanying documents, and producing 3D visuals is also already heavily discounted in the package prices shown. I have discounted this to be as affordable as possible for the work involved.
Can I upgrade my eDesign package after I have purchased one?
Yes, you can! To upgrade your package, send an email requesting an upgrade and a separate invoice will be quoted and sent over. The option to upgrade from “Basic to Standard” will be available for up to 7 business days from the date the final visual is delivered. For “Basic to Premium” and “Standard to Premium” upgrades, once the eDesign process has begun (when the Receipt Email has been sent after receiving all needed information to begin the design), the option to upgrade will no longer be available.
Can I request a refund?
Sure, you will be welcome to request your refund within 7 days of purchasing any E-Design package. After 7 days from your purchase date or when the service agreement is confirmed, whichever occurs first, your E-Design package becomes non-refundable. The additional revisions fee and the virtual consultation fee is non-refundable. If you are unable to make your appointment I am happy to reschedule if you have notified me no later than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

I forgot to send photos of my space. Can I still receive a design?
No worries! You have 20 business days after purchasing a package to get started! If the needed information for your proposed space has not been sent to me within 20 business days of your purchase date, your service will be canceled. You will receive a reminder email prior to the end of the 20 business day period.
