Let’s sit down for a 20 min virtual consultation where we’ll go over your personal style, your goals for your home, and solutions to your décor dilemmas. Virtual consultations can only be selected as an add-on during the checkout for an eDesign service.
Itemized Floor Plan/Elevations | $45
Receive an itemized floor plan to accompany your 3D visuals. Detailed dimensions are included for assistance with the placement of existing and/or new furniture pieces. Elevations are included for the placement of wall art. The Premium Package includes a floor plan for free!

FLOOR PLAN EXAMPLE:
Opt in to receive an easy to understand floor plan for your new space with detailed dimensions of furnishings/décor, and wall art elevations for assistance with item placement.

DAY LIGHTING VS. NIGHT TIME
The option to receive visuals of your room shown during the night time and with the daylight is included in the Premium Package only.
In this visual example, I used a 3d modeling software to design a backlit wall for a home office. It is helpful to see the difference in lighting during the day and night!
ITEMS AND IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
An Item Sheet PDF is included with your 3d visual in the Standard & Premium Packages. It includes a list of all the proposed items represented in your visual along with their corresponding colors and sizes. Explanations for permanent or temporary DIY ideas/ suggestions shown in your visual will be included if applicable. You will also receive an Implementation Plan, a written explanation on how to execute your room transformation, including steps to any permanent or temporary DIY décor ideas shown in your visual.
In the Premium Package the Detailed Item Sheet also includes specific item names/models, pictures, stores, and prices based on your budget.
Text shown in the image above is an example to show formatting. The content in your implementation plan will be personalized to suit your space.
DRAFT CONCEPT
A draft concept is included with your 3d visual in the Premium Packages only. Midway through the planning process, a PDF of your improved room will be developed and sent to you, giving you an opportunity to provide feedback prior to the completion of your 3d visuals. This allows for any number of requested changes/ suggestions to your room within a round of feedback.
