Customers pay with their PayPal account or with credit/debit cards.. RaZin Standards accepts most major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, & Discover). Gift cards are redeemable for RaZin Standards goods and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on the card. This gift card is not exchangeable for cash.
IMAGE USE & CONTENT PERMISSION
I am thrilled and grateful that you may want to share your love for my products on RaZin Standards. If you do use images from my site or from my social media pages, please credit me. Feel free to include my hashtags (#RaZinStandards, #RZBudgets), and I may feature your images on my social media platforms.
DIGITAL PRODUCT - USAGE
By accessing these files, you are entitled to keep them for personal use as long as you wish. You are NOT entitled to distribute, reproduce, or transmit these files electronically, in print, or any other medium without prior written consent or a commercial license from RaZin Standards, shop owner.
Print printable files for personal use.
Save printable to device for personal use.
Share the file with anyone via email, USB, or any other means.
Sell the printable file to anyone else.
Sell print outs of the printable file to anyone.
Upload the high-resolution file to the web.
Use the printable files or print outs in giveaways without permission.
Edit, manipulate, or use the printable file on products for sale.
Use printable files for ANY commercial use.
REVISIONS AND/OR REFUND - E-DESIGN SERVICES
I aim to offer the best experience to you through my E-designs. If needed, my Standard and Premium Packages offer the opportunity to request changes to your visuals after receiving them. Please see each package description for the allotted number of changes to items/features to your visual and specified delivery times. For the Standard and Premium Packages, revisions may be requested within 14 days after receiving your visual(s). After 14 days have passed, you may no longer request that changes are made to your visual(s).
If you have purchased an eDesign Basic Package and believe there is an issue with your visual after receiving it, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your design so I may rectify the situation as soon as possible.
Please know, a refund may be requested within 7 days of purchasing any E-Design package. After 7 days from your purchase date or when the service agreement is confirmed, whichever occurs first, your E-Design package becomes non-refundable. The virtual consultation fee is non-refundable. If you are unable to make your appointment I am happy to reschedule if you have notified me no later than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
From the day the eDesign service is purchased, you have 20 business days to start using the service. If the required information regarding the proposed space has not been provided within 20 business days, the service will be canceled.
You, the client, can terminate the service at any time by notifying me, the designer, in writing. However, if the service termination is requested outside of the refund period or after the service agreement is confirmed, the service will be non-refundable.
I, the designer, can terminate the service at time by notifying you, the client, in writing. If I terminate the service at any time or for any reason, the service will be 100% refunded except if the service cancellation was due to any of the following reasons:
The required information is not received within 20 business business days of the purchase date,
Discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin or sex.
Hostility, hate speech, and/or violence
REFUND & RETURN POLICY - DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of this business, I cannot accept exchanges or returns on electronic products, and do NOT issue refunds. If you have questions about compatibility, please contact me prior to purchase.
Orders made due to a lack of research about the product will not be granted. Please make sure you read the title and full description of the product you are ordering carefully before proceeding with the purchase.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY - PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
I want you to feel 100% confident in your purchase of a physical product from RaZin Standards. To ensure that you will be satisfied with your purchase, please take the time to review all product photos, and confirm that the size and dimension of the product will suit your needs. All physical product sales are final once shipped.
We work hard to make sure that every order is shipped and sent out in high quality for our customers. With that being said, please understand colors may appear differently than how they appear on your monitor. Due to the nature of our products, refunds and exchanges are limited.
In the event that your package is damaged during shipping please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damage so we may rectify the situation as soon as possible.
RaZin Standards does not refund or re-ship orders with addresses input incorrectly. If you notice that your address was entered wrong, please Contact Us immediately so we can change the address prior to shipping. Once your order has processed and reached shipment status, we are no longer able to make updates. If you receive the wrong product because of a shipping error on our part, I will gladly pay for the return and the shipment cost of the correct item.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING - PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
If you order a pre-ordered product, all orders will be fulfilled at the time of the purchase, which means a shipping label will be created, but not shipped until official launch week. Please note, there are no refunds for preordered products.
For special product launches or events that cause a lot of orders at once, please allow an extra 3 days for processing time.
How long does it take for orders to ship?
Orders ship out USPS First Class or Priority Mail within 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated via the product description.
Processing Time (order creation period) - within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated
Shipping Time (time in transit once it's shipped) – 2-3 business days
Total Time (processing + shipping) - up to 3-5 business days

*RaZin Standards is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been dropped off to USPS. These times can vary depending on holiday schedules, USPS issues, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive.
Want to track your package?
Once your shipping label is created, you will be sent an email. The email will include your USPS tracking #. Use this number to track your package until delivery. You will also receive an email when your order has been delivered.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
International packages take longer because they must go through customs leaving the United States and entering your country. Buyer is responsible for any customs, fees, or tariffs associated with international shipping. Declared values will not be modified on international orders, so please make note when checking out. NOTE - CUSTOMS fees vary by country and are based on the ITEM COST - sale price is not taken into consideration for some countries so please keep this in mind when checking out. The total on the customs forms is reflective of the item base cost NOT including sale or coupon application.
Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. RaZin Standards is not responsible for customs charges and it is seller's responsibility to make sure they are purchasing with this in mind.
Shipping rates are contingent upon market rates and may increase over time.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Your local postal driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door or on your porch. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package.
We strongly recommend that you check the tracking link provided to you frequently to make sure someone is there to receive the package at the time of delivery. You will receive a tracking number and link for your package once it has left our warehouse.
RaZin Standards reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, (i.e. - items that may go out of stock, pricing errors, declined credit cards, suspected fraud). We may terminate your membership, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or our policies, is harmful our business interests, or for an inactive account.
Once an order is placed, processing starts shortly thereafter. For this reason, cancellations are not guaranteed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will include your tracking information.
For all granted order cancellations utilizing PAYPAL - orders will be refunded for 3-4% less due to the transaction fee based on location.
