Email Design Consultation And/or Kick-off Meeting

Your welcome email includes a style and needs questionnaire, agreement, and a photo/measuring guide. Here you can detail all the needs of your space!

It also includes a virtual kick-off meeting to review your submitted project details up to 30 minutes.

Onsite Consultation

(MA & RI Locations only)

Includes an onsite analysis of existing space and detailed photos/ measurements of existing room conditions done for you! Includes any existing furnishings to be incorporated in the new design.

Concept Design with Check In

Receive an annotated conceptual 3D design of your improved room with the opportunity to request an unlimited number of changes within 1 round of feedback prior to the completion of your final design.

Photo Realistic 3D Visuals

These high quality 4K visuals (.png) provide a full color, comprehensive design that showcase different angles of your improved space. Can include views of your space in natural daylight and at night!

Implementation Plan

Receive several pages of detailed steps on how to execute your room transformation, including steps to any permanent or temporary DIY décor ideas shown in your visual.

& Budget Detail

Items and materials shown in your 3D visuals are sourced and compiled into a hyperlinked shopping list for easy use.

Note: Sourcing for custom made cabinetry and custom builds not included. General estimates will be provided. Sourcing for individual bookshelf items and tabletop decorations will be included upon request.

CAD Floor & Elevation Plans

Receive a true-to-scale, itemized floor plan of your improved space. Let’s make sure everything fits! Dimensions are included for assistance with the furniture placement. Elevations are included for the placement of wall art or mounted items.
